Natural Gas/Propane Heat with Air Conditioning - $269.99
Keep your natural gas or propane heating and air conditioning systems running efficiently with our combined maintenance plan. Regular check-ups and tune-ups ensure both systems are in top shape, providing reliable comfort throughout the year.
Heat Pump with Air Conditioning - $269.99
Our heat pump and air conditioning maintenance plan offers comprehensive care for both systems. Regular inspections, cleanings, and adjustments help maintain peak performance, energy efficiency, and longevity.
Oil Heat with Air Conditioning (must use Cochran Oil) - $379.99
For homes using oil heat and air conditioning, our specialized maintenance plan ensures your systems are working together seamlessly. By using Cochran Oil, you benefit from expert care and optimal system performance.
Oil Heat Only (no air conditioning) - $359.99
Ensure your oil heating system operates efficiently throughout the colder months with our dedicated maintenance plan. Regular service checks keep your system running smoothly, providing consistent warmth when you need it most.
Air Conditioning Only (no heater unit attached) - $169.99
Keep your home cool and comfortable with our air conditioning-only maintenance plan. Regular maintenance ensures your AC unit operates efficiently, preventing costly breakdowns and extending its lifespan.

What's Included for Oil Heat?
Our maintenance plans for an oil furnace include the following: The parts detailed are covered should they become defective from normal wear and tear.
• Oil Tank Accessories (indoor 275 gal. $100.00 max job allowance)
• Circulation Motor (one to living room area: $50.00 job allowance for one piece circulator. Each additional circulator can be covered for $25.00 each)
• Aquastat ($50.00 max. parts allowance)
• Control Wiring
• Circulator Coupling
• Thermostat (plain heating only; living room area)
• Oil Burner Parts (burner motor, burner fan, oil
pump, pump screen, ignition parts, burner coupling
nozzle)
• Oil Filter & Oil Filter Cartridge
• Delayed Action Oil Valves
• Blower Motor
• Fan Limit Control
• Fan Belt and Pulley
Please Note: While we will service all oil and gas furnaces, both contract and full-service customers take priority. All other customers’ service based on time and materials. We will work hard to provide you the service you need. Restrictions and exclusions apply; please call for details.
Parts and Services Not Covered
Ductwork, cabinets, insulating material, main power service and electrical wiring, indoor air quality products (i.e. humidifiers, electric air cleaners), system accessories or enhancements, grill registers, diffusers, failures in physical appearance such as scratches, dents, rust, etc., refrigerant systems using other than R22 or R420A, any other part not included in the original manufacture of the system, freight, units over 5 ton (100,000 btu), commercial units, rooftop units, or hanging units.

• Credit Towards Upgrade/Replacement
• Same Day Emergency Service
• No Overtime Charges (nights, weekends, or holidays)
• Clean Condenser Coil & Indoor Coil (where accessible)
• Inspect Wiring & Tighten Connections
• Clear Condensate Drain Line
• Inspect Refrigerant Charge & Thermostat (for proper operation)
• Check Amp Draw (of compressor, condenser, & blower motor)

What's Included for Heat Pumps?
Heat Pumps operate similarly to air conditioners, therefore our Heat Pump Maintenance Plan includes the same services provided in our Air Conditioning Maintenance Agreement.
